Note the introduction of a new 174gn 7.62 x 54R projectile – this is available in “super” [essentially an enhanced accuracy / sniper round] as well as the standard grade. The stock of 185gn FMJ will be phased out and production will be offered only in 174gn SP, 174gn FMJ and 203gn SP in this calibre. The Russian Army has adopted the 174gn as the sniper projectile and the 185gn appears to be loosing favour.

CENTAUR is a new line of ammunition being produced by BARNAUL which utilises HORNADY projectiles.  At present, we have only imported the 6.16 x 51 (.243Win) calibre.

Barnaul is now a registered brand name and registered logo.
